What route of steel making do you follow?
We have access to Ingots and Billets of the following Steel making route:-
- Blast Furnace (BF) ⇒ LD Converter ⇒ Continuous Casting Machine (CMM)
- Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) ⇒ Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF) ⇒ Continuous Casting Machine (CCM)
- Induction Furnace (IF) ⇒ Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF) ⇒ Continuous Casting Machine (CCM) / Pitside
What quality system do you follow?
We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. Further, we follow TOC and TPS to a large extent.
What is your size range?
We do Rounds from 59mm to 255mm, Squares from 75mm to 125mm, Flats from 150×20 to 300×65. Further we do custom made and bespoke profiles as per our customers’ needs.
What grades of steel do you do?
We do all grades of Mild Steel (MS), Alloy Steel and Carbon Steel. For details look out our product section.
What is your monthly and annual capacity?
We have an approximate annual capacity of 150,000 Tonnes.
What Dimensional Tolerance do you maintain?
We follow IS norms (approx 1% of diameter)
What is your enquiry turnaround time?
a) For Techno commercial enquiries of bespoke products – 72 hrs
b) For Commercial enquiries of routine products – 24 hrs
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) ?
MOQ depends on the route of steel making.
